Nature of Services
Pyritology provides spiritual and numerology consultation services. Due to the personalized and time-based nature of these services, all purchases are generally considered final.
No Refund Policy
Once a consultation, report, or service has been delivered or initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as: – Duplicate payment made by the client – Technical error resulting in unsuccessful service delivery Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of payment.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Pyritology management. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments or consultations once booked cannot be cancelled for a refund. Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion, depending on availability.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating chargebacks without contacting us may result in suspension of future services. We encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution.
